| Chat Rules
1. You may discuss general topics, but ClubPenguin should be the main one.
2. No flaming (includes fighting, hating on people/races, etc.) This includes hating on websites/chats.
3. No advertising, only links accepted are likes to a youtube video.
4. No dating, or otherwise inappropriate context, Including hack discussions.
5. Do not pose as someone else in the Chat Room.
6. Do not ask to be member / mod / owner.
7. Only speak english in this chatroom.
8. No asking for xats/days/powers, you may trade in Xat.com/trade.
9. No spamming or flooding the chat.
10. Do not discuss politics, religion, or other topics that usually lead to arguments / disputes.
11. Absolutely NO person information. (Age/State is fine.)
12. Try to keep this Chat at a PG-13 environment.
13. Absolutely NO swearing/cussing.
14. Do not ask Ayush to PC you more then once, if he doesn't PC you... He is busy.

16. Do not ask why you lost your position, Ayush will PC you. Do not spam the chat asking, Please.
17. If someone is having a give away and the code was used, Do not accuse them of scamming - Be happy for the winner and be thankful for the person who gave it away.
18. All of these rules apply to everyone, everywhere on the Ayush Chat. This includes PC's.
19. These rules apply at all Comic Sans MS, but are not limited and can change at any given time without any warning.

| Owner & Moderator Rules
1. Obey regular chat rules at all times. (Listed above)
2. If you are an Owner or Moderator, I expect you to say "Only Ask Ayush to PC you once" If a person is asking me more then once. I'd appreciate that.
3. If any Link to anything other then Tinypic/Photobucket/Clubpenguin.com/ Youtube is posted = BAN!
4. Be a good example for the chat, You should behave yourselves or you will be banned.
5. No making fun of others, What you do - Is what members will think is OK to do, when It's not.
6. Show up atleast once every other day for ATLEAST 30 minutes. I understand sometimes you can't make it, But you can only use that excuse so many times...
7. When famous penguins are here, You're required to be here to give a helping hand.
8. Owners = No Making Mods! If you are caught, you lose your position!.
9. Moderators = NO BEGGING TO AN OWNER
10. Moderators = If you ASK when you are becoming an owner, I will de-mod you. Don't ask that, Thanks.
11. Cussing/Flaming/Spam = 1 Hour Ban (NOT 12 hours). [If cuss, give a kick first.]

 To become a Owner...
There are two ways to become an owner. One is through payment and the other is through hard work.*If you buy owner then you agree to my Terms of Service Shown Below*

Special Combination that's also accepted : 3 Rare Member Penguins 5 days.
•Hard work:
Usually you will become a mod, then an owner. To become an owner through hard work, you could wait up until 5 months to actually get owner. The recommend way of becoming an owner is paying. Please do not say "I've been here for 12 months, Owner me!" Ayush Might Ignore you.
 To become a Moderator...
There are two ways to become an Moderator. One is through payment and the other is through hard work.*If you buy moderator then you agree to my Terms of Service Shown Below*
•Payment:
Moderator Cost 250 xats or 5 Rare member penguins or 22 days
Special Combination that's also accepted : 1 rare member penguin 5 days
•Hard work:
If your earning mod through hard work, you will be a member for probably about 2 months until you get promoted to Mod. And that's only if your here almost every day for 3 months... The recommended way of becoming a mod is paying. Please do not say "I've been here for 3 months, Owner me!". Ayush might ignore you.
Owner & Moderator Terms of Service : First off, If you break a rule or abuse your power you will loose your position without any refund given. If you are going to pay to be an Owner/Mod then you should be responsible and know what and what not to do. If you plan on becoming a Mod/Owner and doing your job to keep the chat safe - while following rules, then you should have nothing to worry about. But if you pay and you don't do what a Moderator/Owner is suppose to do (I.e. Ban for posting a link/Cussing) Then you WILL loose your position without a refund. If you are a Moderator or Owner and you are not seen in this chat for a long time, You will lose your position without any refund. If you are caught cussing you will lose your position with any refund. If you don't do your job you will lose your position without a refund. If you are starting arrangements with chatters : You will lose your spot without ANY refund. Just do your job and you will be fine. There are no refunds!. My Terms of Service can be changed at ANY given time without ANY warning. If you buy A position then you Accept to my terms of service. Thank you for reading.
