Only the Moderator who banned a member/user have the right to unban that member/user.
Moderators/Co-Owners must always be Logged in as Registered XAT Users. Changing of user name for Moderators and Co-Owners is discouraged.

XAT Registration Guidelines:

Click your NickName.
On the lower left of the tab Click Register.
Open another InternetExplorer or Firefox and press Ctrl plus V to paste the address.
Open the address that you have pasted and provide necessary Information.
Confirm your registration in your email.
Note: it is 0-30 minutes. You can confirm your registration in your email immediately
Close all XAT Chatroom and you are done! Once you go to XAT Chatroom you are already logged in.
