Here u will be able to find out perfect teams as well as strategies that could aid u in completing naruto missions.
1st Team - Gaara Rehab, Naruto and Dosu
Strategy - Use Dosus arm tuning and he does 40 damage, then next round use sound manipulation, Naruto use shadow clones and use rasengan to paralyze oponent and Gaara Rehab can attack all by 15 then use desert imperial funeral.
2nd Team - Gaara Rehab, Kimimaru and Rock Lee
Strategy - Use Kimimaru's atack wich can hurt the opponents characters for 45, then when u are able use
quicksand waterfal which does 15 damage each then use desert imperial funeral which does 40 damage each and u win in last 3 rounds

3rd Team - Gaara of the desert, Rock lee and Shino
Strategy - Use Shino's female bug and leach opponent chakra with chakra leach. While that happens use Gaara's desert coffin and Lee's 5th gate open and also Lee and Gaara can kill opponent characters while Shino is leaching chakra. To protect all team use Shino's bug wall and ur team is gonna be invulnerable for 2 rounds, while in that time u can kill 2 of his characters, when he cant touch yours as well as stealing and gaining alot of chakra.
4th Team - Temari, Jiroubo and Zaku
Strategy - This is a very powerful aoe team that could completely wipeout the other team in at least two rounds if the right amount of chakra is gained. First use Temari's cutting wind and Jiroubo's earth seal mud canonball that is 45 damage to each oponents character, Zaku can attack for 40 each so if combined that attack with Temari's cutting wind or Jiroubo's earth seal mud canonball it does 60 damage what means u win.
