Transendance and Immanence in Judaism
Jacob Lumbroso
In the Jewish mystical tradition, the divine name of God in Hebrew is written in four Hebrew characters YHVH, represents the concept of Midat HaRachamim ( God's Attributes of Mercy). Interestingly, the more generic name used, Elokim represents, Midat HaDin( the Divine Attribute of Justice).

In the first chapter of the book of Genesis, the name Elokim is exclusively used. The Kabbalists understand this to refer to the manifestation of delineation and definition. For the Kabbalists, the name Elokim in Genesis chapter one relates the operation of the world according to natural laws. Poltergeists and Things That go Bump in the Night
unknown
Poltergeists are rare, but they do exist. For those that aren't in the loop, a poltergeist is a spirit that moves through inanimate objects like cups, TVs, furniture, and windows.

Noises - like bumps, thuds, kerplunks - yes kerplunks is a dictionary word, knocks, scratching at the window, and banging at the door are all examples of poltergeist activity. Of course, these are natural phenomena when a human or natural cause is to blame. However, the wind, a person, the rain, or a cat or dog aren't the cause in these occurrences. A poltergeist could be at fault.

In Ancient Egypt, bed-shaking and the raining down of stones were reported. However, a skeptic could conclude that mud slides or earthquakes were to blame. It's no wonder that all cultures have reports of spirits interfering in our lives - even to this day.

Simon Bridge
There has always been a clash in what we see and what we believe. Life is all about how we perceive it. Some consider it beautiful, some consider it to be struggle and some perceive it as a school of learning. There has been and there always will be a difference in our perceptions. What changes the facts are how we perceive them. For example, if we take half a glass of water, to some it looks to be half empty and to some it looks to be half full. In short, to every theory there is a difference in opinion as to how we see it. Similarly, when we talk about Aliens or the Alien world, there are different opinions and views about the existence. The very word makes us imagine all that is supernatural. We have seen a lot of movies about the Alien world. Can you recall the funny characters with a horn on the head, or robotic eyes or the 2 feet high powerful computerized forms? There is a common perception about this word, which gives us the creeps.
