These rules are created by iMmopuk and nobody is allowed to change these rules. If you dis-obay the rules you get a kick. If you dis-obay the rule again you get another kick, if it happens again you get banned for a certain number of hours depending on how bad the offense. GENERAL CHAT RULES: 1.) Dont swear/cuss or say anything innapropriate. 2.) Dont give away person information such as: address, name, contact info... 3.) No sexual activity or flirting or racism please. 4.) No advertising on normal chat, private chat or private message unless I say so. 5.) No spamming or flooding! Such as lots of exclamation marks, or holding on letters or lots of smilies. 6.) No arguing with a mod or or owner, otherwise the ban should be 1 hour longer. 7.) No hacking or giving viruses. There are some clever programs, dont use them here! 8.) No trading. This might not seem bad, but I dont want to get involved. Trade on xat.com/trade. 9.) Always be nice to eachother, dont argue. We all have our differences and opinions. Dont get angry please! 10.)No Impersonating anyone! Whether it be penguins, mods, owners or celebrities. 11.)No asking to be a moderator or owner. You will be automatically banned for 1 hour. 12.)No asking for: xats, days, powers, penguins, coin codes, membership or anything! 13.)English only please. Sorry, this chat is for english only. 14.)No more than 5 smilies in your name. Mods and owners are allowed up to 8. 15.)WE WILL NOT UN-BAN YOU IF YOU HAVE BEEN BANNED! RULES FOR OTHER MODS AND OWNERS: 1.) Make everyone a member except hackers. Even the pre-set XAT members/bots, make them all members. 2.) No breaking the above rules! They apply to you as well so dont break them! 3.) No banning or kicking somebody for fun! Even if they ask to. 4.) Don't let your enemies/rivals not access the chat. Pointless really! 5.) Don't mess the chat up! Leave it as it is thank you! 6.) No going making others mods, its my desicion only! 7.) Just generally, be well behaved and so forth and remember, Im watching!
