1. You may discuss general topics, but ClubPenguin should be the main one.
2. No flaming (includes fighting, hating on people/races, etc.) This includes hating on websites/chats.
3. No advertising, only links accepted are links to youtube videos.
4. No dating, or otherwise inappropriate context, Including hack discussions.
5. Do not pose as someone else in the Chat Room.
6. Do not ask to be member / mod / owner.
7. Only speak english in this chatroom.
8. No asking for xats/days/powers, you may trade in Xat.com/trade.
9. No spamming or flooding the chat.
10. Do not discuss politics, religion, or other topics that usually lead to arguments / disputes.
11. Absolutely NO person information. (Age/State is fine.)
12. Try to keep this Chat at a PG-13 environment.
13. Absolutely NO swearing/cussing.
14. Do not ask Riffy8888 to PC you more then once, if he doesn't PC you... He is busy.
15. These rules apply at all times, but are not limited.

| Want to become an Owner or Moderator on this chat?
 To become a Owner...
There is only one way to become an owner. The only way is through payment.
•Payment:
Owner Cost 2,500 xats or 6 Coin Codes or 12 Month Club Penguin Membership or 200 days
•No Asking:
There is no way you can become owner by asking, you can only pay! Asking may cause a ban up to 6 hours or forever!
 To become a Moderator...
There are two ways to become an Moderator. One is through payment and the other is through hard work.
•Payment:
Moderator Cost 1800 xats or 4 Coin Code or 6 Month Club Penguin Membership or 140 days
•Hard work:
If your earning mod through hard work, you will be a member for probably about 2 months until you get promoted to Mod. And that's only if your here almost every day for 2 months... The recommended way of becoming a mod is paying.
Note to those who pay : If you break a rule or abuse your power you will loose your position without any refund given. If you are going to pay to be an Owner/Mod then you should be responsible and know what and what not to do. If you plan on becoming a Mod/Owner and doing your job to keep the chat safe - while following rules, then you should have nothing to worry about.
