1. No disruptive actions: Spamming, Flooding, Smilie Spam, All CAPS, Audie spam, identical messages (Includes different people intentionally posting identical messages), blank messages, content free messages, AlTeRiNg CaPs, Nospaces, exse s s spaces, unnecessarily separating your message into multiple messages, posting the same link over and over. Spamming the trash can in doodle is also disruptive. Signing in and out over and over in a short time frame may be seen as disruptive. Using the translator when you don’t need it is disruptive. .

2. No Advertising: No encouraging others to visit chats, forums, blogs, or anything where the site's content can be edited/added to by users of the site. Posting links to well known sites such as YouTube/Wikipedia/Photobucket is acceptable, as long set link doesn’t break other rules such as disruptive messages/offensive messages, and it isn’t an image or video where the main purpose is to advocate other chats/forums. Posting links to sites owned by video-game-info is acceptable. You may have a link in your name/homepage, but you may not send messages to draw attention to that link. Booting people to chats that aren’t owned by “Samidog6 And Maxcorbett” and haven’t been approved beforehand is considered advertising, and may result in de-membering/de-modding. Posting links or booting to "official" xat chats/forums such as help or trade is NOT allowed. 

3. No Flaming: You may not insult or flame a chat user in a way that is deemed very harsh/rude or just trying to hurt someone's feelings. Some examples are saying "You're dumb" or "You are a furry". Telling someone to "stfu" "gtfo" "Screw themselves" "Kill yourself" or other "insulting commands" aren't allowed. You may insult people who have no relation to Samidog6, or anyone on Samidog6, such as a celebrity, or politician. You shouldn't insult people who frequent xat, as odds are they have visited Samidog6 at one time or another. You aren't allowed to insult/mock a religion, sexual orientation, culture, ethnicity, handicap, nationality, or gender. It won't be considered flaming if you call someone by their username (Example: Calling someone named noob, noob). Using flip as an insult (Example "(flip) you") isn't allowed. Flip used by itself will be assumed as an insult. .

Regardless of your intent, if you insult another user, it's flaming. Even if the user is a friend/your alternate account and knows you are joking around. There's no way for moderators to know for sure who is or isn't joking, and allowing friends/alternate accounts to flame each other would cause confusion about the flaming rule. .

4. No uncensored Swearing: You may not say a word that's been censored in a way that would un-censor it (Example @$$). You may not use racial/ sexual slurs. You may sparsely use the “D” word (Not accompanied with the word “God”)and "H" word. Cursing in foreign languages is also not allowed. Also keep in mind that you may not use the "B" word regardless of whether or not you are referring to a female dog. .

5. No Inappropriate messages/links/profiles: You may not post links/messages that include discussion of sexual activities, discussion of pornography. Links that contain some inappropriate content (But no nudity) may be posted only if you give a warning BEFORE posting the link. Posting a link that breaks rules (Such as a link that is just there to say "Joe is a moron" or "Go to www.mylamesite.cheapsites.com!") isn’t allowed either. Keep in mind you aren't allowed to link to something if offensive content is only a click or two away. You may not have a username that contains a curse word (Or other offensive content), or an avatar that contains nudity (Or other offensive content) .

6. No begging for xats/days/powers: It's ok to ask a friend a few times. Though it isn't ok to come here solely to beg for xats/days, or continue asking after the person has clearly said "No". Repeatedly trying to sell things such as avatars/IDs/powers for xat/days after it's clear no one is interested isn't allowed either. .

7. No Impersonating Users of this chat/forums: Impersonating means having a username/avatar that is identical or near identical to that person, or falsely claiming to be that person. This rule especially applies to moderators and owners. .

8. No posting private information: Don't post phone numbers, addresses, names, social security numbers, or anything outside Clubpenguin that a person wouldn't want to have posted. If it is something that the person has willingly revealed, like their own name through their username, or a recent message, then it’s ok to post.

9. No trolling: Posting knowingly false information (Example: Press alt f4 for $20; Joe Blob is dating a rock), trying to mock belittle someone, or something they care about (Such as their nation, a sports team. Example: "luls we Americans are so fat" "Ello mate, where are the dingo's?", posting obviously useless questions (Example: “What is 1 1?”, “What color is the sky?”), creating false situations about someone (Example: Strokes Joe's hair, kills Joe, cybers Joe, licks Joe), posting links that are edited to portray another chat user in a bad light (Example: Posting a picture of someone with devil horns cropped onto them), intentionally mispronouncing names (Example: Hi gayman, I mean rayman). Asking questions that would be "flaming" given a certain answer might be considered trolling (IE, "Are you stupid?" "Do you have any life at all?")  

10. English only: This is an English chat, you have to speak English. If you can't speak English, you may use the translator.

11. No Asking/Demanding to get Moderator/Owner: Don't ask to be a moderator or owner, unless you are on the substitute mods list, or used to be a moderator and something happened to caused you to lose your status.Just simply PC Samidog6 or other owners (such as Maxcorbett and Goey45)

12. Avatars are for pictures only: Blanks/invisibles/smileys/animated pictures are fine. Glitches such as making pop ups appear, making music play, or running some other script through your avatar is prohibited. .

13. No ban/gag evasion: If you are banned/gagged, and you are found trying to evade that ban, you'll simply be banned for a longer time. If you do evade ban don't do the same stuff that got you banned in the first place.

14. Any rule stated in the scrolling message is considered an official rule, and take president over the normal rules.
