Since stuff has been getting out of order lately, I have established a little rule book users and mods must follow.
Note that this has been taken into consideration after all the complaints and suggestions.

FOR USERS

1) Constant offensive (racist, sexist, etc) comments or conducts against other users will earn you a warning.
2) There are three warnings: First, a PM warning. Second, a kick warning, and third, a 1 hour ban.
3) Users that have been banned before will only get one warning over their conducts, and the second warning will be another 1 hour ban.
4) Rebellious conduct / acts against the moderators or administrators will earn you a kick warning also.
5) If an user persists on breaking the rules after various bans, he/she will earn a 24 hour ban. 6) Asking to be a moderator or administrator earns you a 1 hour ban.

FOR MODERATORS

1) As a moderator, you must follow and apply all the above rules.
2) If you unfairly kick / ban other users, you will get three warnings. At the third warning, you will be demoted.
3) There must be visual proof of the unfair ban / kick. (aka screenshots, unfair ban reports)
4) After one has been demoted from being a full-time moderator, you cannot become one again.
