Rules 01. English only. Please use the translator. You may only translate to English. 02. Spamming is not allowed. This includes smiley spamming. 03. Flaming people, the chat, or any other material regarding xat such as powers is not allowed. 04. No drama. Anything that happens outside of the chat stays outside of the chat. This includes topics that cause problems between users. 05. Profanity or (foul language) is not permitted. Although you should note this is a "PG-13" chat. 06. Excessive use of caps will result in a kick or ban. Two to three words of caps per message is ok. 07. Do not argue with moderators or owners. If there is a problem with an unfair ban please contact an owner, do not make a problem out of it . 08. Please do not use a username that contains more than six smileys/emoticons in it. This can cause connection problems for many people. 09. Please do not ask why someone is banned, or ask for them to be unbanned. 10. Do not request to purchase powers or other products if they have not been released. You must wait until they are open to the public. 11. Do not request free xats, days, powers, or to be a member, moderator, or owner. 12. Do not buy or propose to sell any account related, or unrelated to xat. 13. All of the rules apply to everyone, everywhere in the xat Trade chat. This includes private chats. 14. Do not solicit invitations or referalls to other websites. 15. Betting is not allowed. Important tips and warnings! Never should you use the transfer function, unless you are sending a gift. Always use safe trade. Please note that if you are found scamming there is a strong possibilty your account will be held. Scamming is not tolerated. |
Moderator Guidelines 01. When kicking or banning, you must state a reason. 02. Do not unban unless you know the reason they were banned. 03. Do not member anybody unless your authorized. 04. Do not guest members without a valid reason. Please create a screenshot for further investigation. 05. While at Trade, you must moderate to the fullest extent. 06. You must take responsibility for your actions. 07. You must be active. If you are not, please notify another mod or owner and show what status you are if you are away, in your name. 08. It is your duty to enforce rules and mod tabs that have little or no mods. 09. Help users that are in need of help. BAN AND KICK INFORMATION: The following information states the ban and kick information regarding rule infractions. As far as infractions go, a user may be kicked one to two times and then banned if the infractions continue. This does not apply to mass spammers or flooders. Two to Three caps are allowed. If the use of more caps is sumbitted by a user excessivly, there should be at least two kicks before a 30 minute gag or ban is given. |
