Trade Rules

  1. English only chat.
  2. No spamming is allowed.
  3. No ALL Caps
  4. No Ads. Advertising of vote is ok if approved by owner first.
  5. No flaming is tolerated.
  6. No drama, anything that happens outside of trade stays outside.
  7. No bad language is allowed.
  8. No asking for member, mod, owner!
  9. No selling/ Buying Account ID's.
  10. No betting is allowed at all!
  11. No begging for xats/days/powers.
  12. No arguing with mods or owners.
  13. No more than 6 smiles in your name, as this causes the chatroom to lag.
  14. Do not ask why someone is banned or ask for anybody unbanned.
  15. Do not ask to trade or buy powers which have no come out yet, you must wait till they are released.
  16. No trading of items that can not be verified. EX: CP accts. ID's, ect. Webkinz items are ok!!
  17. Use safe trade, not responsible for any transfers at all
  18. Fair trade for days is 10-14 xats per day
  19. xat logs all trades and transfers, if you are found scamming your xats can be revoked and your account held forever.

    20. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!
    If someone says safe trade doesn't work they are a scammer. If they ask you to use transfer instead say no or make them go first.
    DO NOT use transfer or transfer first. USE SAFE TRADE.

    When using safe trade, check the amount/powers before you press accept trade/confirm trade.

Moderator's/Tempmod's Guidelines

All rules above including these must be followed by mods

1. No kicking/banning Unfairly.
2. You must state your reason when kicking/banning.
3. Do not unban unless you know the reason they were banned.
4. Do not member anybody unless your authorized by Chrisss or Gold.
5. Do not guest members without a valid reason including screen shot.
6. Do not abuse your power, this may result in demote.
7. While on trade, you must moderate as much as you can.
8. You must take responsibility for your actions.
9. Respect your fellow mods and users.
10. You must be active, if AFK or BRB please state in your name or use status.
11. It is your duty to enforce rules and mod tabs that have little or no mods.
12. Help users that are in need of help.

**If you are leaving for a period of time, be sure t o use status if you have it**
