By playing Wajas, you are agreeing to follow any and all rules mentioned below. If you disagree with any of our rules, we kindly ask you to leave the site. We reserve the right to change our terms at any time which we desire, so please check it frequently. If rules are ever changed, it will be assumed that you have reviewed the new rules and accepted to follow them.

1. All images, text, breeds, and any other waja related thing is copyrighted to us. You may not copy, alter, sell, auction, redistribute, edit, copy and/or claim as your own. This includes selling wajas, waja themed adoptables, items, credits, crazy waja points and accounts for USD. You may not do it. Do not even Humor the idea.

2. Trading for other site currency is ok as long as that site also says its ok. If the site specifically says you can not trade their items, currency, pets for other site things, you may not. ( Neopets being one of those sites )

3. Waja Fan art is ok. You may use our images of your wajas as tags, avatars or other such things as long as you do not claim as your own, or sell them. We also ask that you link back to Wajas.

4. Respect your fellow players. Wajas likes honesty and highly rewards those for it. So be honest, don’t hack, don’t steal, don’t scam and you’ll be perfect for our community.

5. Do not give out personal information to anyone on this site. Do not post your home address, entire name, photograph, phone number, etc. Those are things that do not belong on this site or any site for that matter.

6. Do not give your password, or login name to anyone! Staff have no reason to ask you what your password or login are, ( as we already have it in our files ), so no one should be asking you what they are.

7. The following things are not to be spoken about, posted or mentioned on our site as they are known to be inappropriate, rude or start fights:

- Pornography
- Swearing
- Mature Roleplaying ( Cybering, Yiff, etc )
- Online Dating
- Religion
- Politics
- Harassing, flames, or insults towards another player.

8. If caught cheating, all accounts of yours will be frozen even if you’ve donated or bought customs. No user will bypass the rules because of his/her status or donation habits. All wajas and items on frozen accounts will then be reclaimed and redistributed amongst the other players.

9. If deemed necessary, we hold all rights to confiscate any waja, account, credits, cwp or item from a user.

10. By sending money to us via paypal or snail mail you are agreeing that you have rights to that money, that it is yours, or that you have permission to send us the money. Money will not be refunded because you weren't interested in the site anymore. Anyone who asks for a refund because they were using money that didnt belong to them will lose wajas, CWP, items, WC that equals the amount money refunded and will result in their account being frozen.

12. You may have two accounts in which to play games, swap wajas in and to store items. If a contest or game is running that says one account only, you may NOT use your second account to get double the prizes. Caught doing this will result in your account(s) being frozen. You also may not hoard other accounts to "sell" or "auction" to other users.

13. We expect all players to report any bugs they find, no matter how small or large. If caught abusing the bug to gain a large sum of credits, pears or wajas, your accounts will be frozen.

14. Obviously cheating is wrong and will get you in trouble.

15. Even though we try hard to hear the suggestions of others remember that this site is not yours. If we choose to not take your suggestion that is our right and we do hope you don't hate us for it. Just some suggestions aren’t suited for wajas.

16. We will never freeze your account for you posting an opinion, rant or question as long as its done maturely. We are always listening, even if we don’t respond, and we do have feelings. We aren’t robots so please respect that and don’t treat us as such. If you want to post an opinion, or are not satisfied with how we run things, we encourage for people to tell us, just don’t point fingers and throw insults at us.

Good post: “The site is running kind of slow, can you guys try to do something about it? Maybe get a new server, clean files up or something? Thanks!”

Bad post: “The site is so slow! You guys are useless, stupid people! I hate you!”

17. If caught stealing art, stories or anything else from other users, including those on other sites, actions will be taken. We do not tolerate theives here.

18. Children under the age of thirteen need to have parental permission to play our site.

19. Tags must not be larger then 150 high and 150 wide. Any larger and you'll be asked to remove the tag and make it smaller, or place a different one up.

20. Please treat your fellow player as you would want them to treat you. Wajas strongly encourages good relations within the community. Bullying, Harassing, Swearing, Rudeness, and other vicious acts from users are frowned upon and fineable.

21. Swearing will not be tolerated for this site as there are younger individuals playing the site. If you aren't sure on whats an appropriate word, don't use it or ask a moderator/admin.

22. No begging other users for things.

23. When Reverse Breeding or Studding, please honor other people's breeding rules. If YOU are seeking out someone's services, YOU have to abide by their rules. If someone comes to you then THEY need to abide by your rules. The seller's rules override the buyers.

24. Cosplaying, the act of dressing up as famous COPYRIGHTED character(s), in adoptables is not allowed if being sold or auctioned for any kind of profit. This is a breech of copyright and is to protect the makers of those characters. Example: no "Harry Potter" Wajas or "Inuyasha" Wajas.
