RULES FOR EVERYONE:

1. English Only or use the Translator. No caps, only 1-2 words is allowed.

2. Do not Advertise any Sites, other than photobucket/tinypic/youtube links.

3. NO Spamming or Flooding the chat. This includes endless lines of smileys, and annoying audies/sounds.
No more than 2 smilies in your name.

4. No cussing is allowed unless it is minor and not directed at someone. Sexual and racist talk is not allowed.

5. Flirting is not allowed. You will be permanently banned.

6. Do not ask to be a higher rank then you are. Positions are earned.
